BULK DENSITY SYSTEM
BDS™

The Bulk Density System provides frequent inline sampling and analysis of bulk density, moisture (option) as well as visual product inspection (option). A very high measuring accuracy for all type of pellets, which ensures superior control of essential processing equipment, e.g. extruders and dryers. Running frequent analyses of pellet quality helps minimize problems such as over or under-filled bags, mouth-feel, starch gelatinization, bacteria growth, as well as fat absorption.

PRODUCT SAMPLING SYSTEM
PSS™

The Product Sampling System (PSS™) is designed to collect a sample from a given location in an extrusion plant. The PSS inline sampler model is designed to measure a single analytical parameter and can be configured with up to eight different sensors.

MULTI ANALYSIS SYSTEM
MAS™

The Multi Analysis System (MAS™) provides frequent inline sampling and analysis of pellets. Analyzing up to seven essential product quality parameters with the same machine makes it possible to generate a full product quality report to an operator or a central laboratory, without a need for any human intervention. The MAS™ is typically used to control the quality of extruded products such as pet food, aquatic feed, and breakfast cereals.

AUTOMATED QUALITY ANALYSIS
AQA™

The Automated Quality Analysis has an integrated grinder installed, which grinds the product prior to measuring. The AQA can be configured to measure numerous parameters such as bulk density, moisture, water activity, NIR, and product sizing.

DUST TESTING SYSTEM
DTS™

The Dust Testing System (DTS™) is designed to test the dust content of a given product, typically pellets or powders. Using a number of independently operated sieving screens, it is possible to select a specific screen size for each product. The system includes automatic CIP (cleaning in place), which ensures cleaning of the sieving screens after each test. The DTS can also be supplied with a technology for applying mechanical stress to a given product in order to test its durability. After the product has been subjected to stress and has thereby been partly damaged, the System measures the dust and fragment level and communicates the durability index of the product.

FLOAT TESTING SYSTEM
FTS™

The float testing system (patent pending) is designed to detect floating aquatic pellets, which should be sinking. The typical customers for this product are salmon and trout feed producers. A sample is taken from the product flow and released into a specially designed tube filled with water. If there is any floating, a camera will detect the floating pellets and notify the operator in charge. A picture will be displayed when an alarm is triggered.

GLOSS ANALYSIS SYSTEM
GAS™

The System can detect absorption of oil and fat after coating. The gloss analysis system takes an image of the feed or food and analyzes the reflection of the product. The gloss value is converted into an analog value, which indicates how well the oil or fat has been absorbed into the product.
