Moisture (hot oven)

Moisture is measured using the hot-oven principle, which is based on the loss-of-weight concept. A ground sample is placed on a load plate and heated with a heating bulb to evaporate all moisture. Once all moisture has evaporated, it is possible to determine the overall moisture.
